Services — diagnosis, first aid, redesign, care

Five services that build on each other. You can start anywhere — most people start with the diagnosis, because it is free and commits you to nothing.

Website redesign

Most chosen

The site works, but it looks and behaves like 2009.

  • New structure — the customer finds what they want on the first try
  • New visual design, drawn for mobile first
  • Existing text migrated and edited
  • Old addresses preserved or redirected — no loss of rankings
  • Forms, analytics, accessibility
  • Training so you can edit content yourself

from 29 900 Kč

2–4 weeks

New website

You have no site, or one that is not worth maintaining.

  • One-pager, a 5–10 page presentation site, or a catalogue
  • Basic visual identity, if there is none
  • Structure, copy, work with photography
  • Deployment, free hosting, your domain and e-mail connected
  • Analytics and enquiry tracking from day one

from 39 900 Kč

3–5 weeks

Website care

The site is running and you want it to stay that way — without you having to think about it.

  • Free hosting; domains and credentials kept an eye on
  • Updates and backups
  • Uptime monitoring
  • Hours for changes every month — new information, prices, photos, opening hours
  • New blog posts, if you want them
  • A monthly summary: traffic, enquiries, speed
  • Priority response

from 1 900 Kč / month

monthly, no long notice period

Optional extras

None of this is mandatory. It gets added only where it makes a visible difference.

Visual identity, light

A refreshed logotype, colour, typography and basic rules. Not a full brand book — exactly enough that the website, the business card and the social profile look like one company.

Copy that sells

Instead of "Welcome to our website", text that tells the customer what you do for them and what to do next. For longer pieces I bring in a Czech copywriter — a native speaker, not a translation tool.

Facebook and Instagram

Customers look for you in more places than your website. I run the company profile on Facebook and Instagram — posts, updates, contact details, opening hours. The same look and the same facts as the site, so nothing contradicts anything.

Local search

Google Business Profile, Firmy.cz, Mapy.cz, Seznam. In this market that is not a detail: a large share of people look for a tradesman or a clinic through those directories rather than through a website. Most small firms have it half done.

Technical SEO and migration

Structure, sitemap, structured data, redirects for old addresses. During a redesign this is the most valuable part — the goal is not to win new rankings but to keep the ones you have.

Measurement and conversion

Cookieless analytics, goals, a monthly summary. Without measurement a website can only be guessed at — and the guess is usually wrong.

Accessibility

A site a person with a disability can actually use — by keyboard, with a screen reader, at large text sizes. Two reasons that always hold: ten to fifteen per cent more of the audience, and Google rates accessibility positively.

Cookies and GDPR

A banner that neither annoys nor lies. The best version is no banner at all — if analytics can run without cookies, there is nothing to click away.

Small online shop

Shoptet adjusted so it does not look like a template — or a migration from another platform. Including the payment methods local customers recognise and a link to invoicing.

Running your web project

You have suppliers but nobody managing them? I take over communication, deadlines and checking that the work is actually done. This is my original profession — running projects, not drawing pages.

Rescuing a forgotten website

The site is running, but nobody knows where, on what, or under whose account. I trace the hosting and domains, transfer them to you and set up backups. Without the original developer.

How the price is set

The figures above are indicative, not invented. You get an exact quote after the diagnosis, and it is fixed. Three things decide it:

  • 01How many pages the site has — five versus twenty is a difference in work, not in price per page.
  • 02Whether the content exists. If you already have the text and photos, that is the biggest saving.
  • 03Whether visual identity is needed, or we build on what already works.

What you get, and what you deliberately will not

Two sides of the same agreement. The left column is what every engagement includes. The right is what I refuse to do, and it matters just as much.

What you get

  • One person on the other side. You write to me, not to a shared inbox.
  • A fixed price and deadline in writing, before I start anything.
  • A measured result at the end — speed, accessibility, SEO. Using tools you can run yourself.
  • A site you can edit yourself. Training is included, not an extra.
  • A reply within 48 hours, even to a question.

What you will not get from me

  • No multi-month project with nothing to show along the way. You see something working inside the first two weeks.
  • No vendor lock-in. The site is yours — domain, hosting, every credential.
  • No "price on request" without an explanation of how it was reached.
  • No invented statistics in a proposal. If I claim it, it can be measured.
  • No renegotiating scope halfway. What is in the quote is what you get.

Start with a diagnosis

Send me your website address. Within 48 hours you'll have a concrete list of what is costing you customers — and what can be done about it. No commitment.
