I run web projects. Most often the ones with a small budget, a short deadline, and a website that should have been rebuilt years ago.
I came to websites from the other side — as a project manager. My job was to make sure what was promised got done, by the date that was agreed. That habit stayed with me.
When I started looking at the websites of small Czech businesses, I kept seeing the same picture: the company works, it has customers, it does its job well — and its website looks as though somebody shut it down a decade ago. That is not a matter of taste. That is a lost customer who assumed you no longer exist.
Most of those sites can be saved. Sometimes five days is enough to fix the worst of it. Sometimes it has to be rebuilt. It can always be done for sensible money, provided nothing unnecessary gets built.
I work with small budgets and I consider that a strength rather than a discount. It forces you to deal with what actually has an effect and leave out what is only there for show.

The team behind me
I am not alone. Behind me are developers I have worked with for years, and when it is needed I bring in a Czech copywriter or a photographer. But you only ever talk to me — one contact, one person accountable, no being passed around.
How I work
Six steps. After the second one you know the exact price and deadline, and those do not change.
Diagnosis
I go through your site and send a concrete list of what is costing you customers, ordered by impact.
Quote and fixed price
Scope, price and deadline in writing. Fixed. If the scope has to change, we agree it up front.
Content and structure
I take what you have and rearrange it so a customer finds what they came for on the first try.
Design
Mobile first, desktop second. You see it and approve it before any code is written.
Build and testing
Speed, mobile, accessibility, forms. Measured, not assumed.
Launch and care
Migration without losing search rankings, plus training so you can edit content yourself. After that, only if you want me.
Start with a diagnosis
Send me your website address. Within 48 hours you'll have a concrete list of what is costing you customers — and what can be done about it. No commitment.
I reply within 24 hours on business days
