Context
SellerSail helps founders outside the US register companies there and keep them compliant. Their customer is deciding on a service that involves money and government filings, and they decide largely on how trustworthy the site looks. Sixteen page types, a blog of long-form articles, two enquiry forms and a legal section all had to exist at once.
What was wrong
- The scope belonged to a multi-month project; the budget and the deadline were a fraction of that.
- The client had plenty of material, but none of it was publication-ready — no structure and no consistent voice.
- A B2B service in law and tax lives or dies on credibility. A site that looks like a template does not get a chance here.
Constraints
One month and 3,000 USD for the whole site including design, content and launch. No room for a review round that decided nothing.
What we did
- Ran the project end to end — scope, schedule, and coordinating the developers.
- Designed the visual direction and the structure of the whole site.
- Edited and prepared all copy and materials, including 23 long-form articles.
- Information architecture: sixteen page types, a categorised blog, two enquiry forms, a legal section.
- Deployment, review and handover.
